Adoration Coverage In Bad Weather
As a general policy if IHM School closes because of bad weather the committed Adorer Schedule will be suspended. The 'committed Adorer' is one who has signed up to Adore in the AdorationPro software and goes to the chapel same day, same time, every week. The suspension will remain in effect until 8:00AM the following morning.
School may close; the committed Adorer schedule may be suspended; but the Chapel is not closed. The Eucharist will still be there and because of recent changes can be easily exposed for Adoration if people want to visit during inclement weather.
If you are a regular Adorer or a substitute, it's important your eMail address is always correct in www.adorationpro.org/ihmmi software. Notice of committed schedule suspension will be eMailed to all affected Adorers as soon as we know school is closing.
